Track my fitness goal.


Happy Holidays Everyone!

I hope everyone is enjoying the time they have to spend with loved ones. There is just something so festive about this season.

Anywho, just wanted to let you know that I’ve been posting pics towards my fitness goal on my other twitter / instagram @pcakehaiii. There you can see some current pics of where I’m at and watch my progress. I’m also using this app/site called Calorie Count. It helps me track what I’m eating and stay within a healthy calorie amount. It also shows you what I’m eating :)).

This is the season we eat the most snacks, cookies, and pie. Thankfully its only once a year or we’d really be in trouble. Definitely enjoy yourself and effort of others but don’t over indulge. Its possible to have the best of both worlds and that’s through conscious and healthy eating, exercise and hard work, and rewarding yourself when you deserve it.

  1. Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could do with some pics to drive the message home a bit, but instead of that, this is wonderful blog. An excellent read. I’ll definitely be back.
